Strong professional background with a Bachelor of Education (BEd) focused in Education from Murdoch University, Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety and a Diploma in Small Business Management.
My passion is about helping employers, particularly of small to medium enterprises. My experience tells me that, in many cases. employers lack time, resources and money and are deficient in their knowledge and understanding of workplace related matters. Often so afraid of getting it wrong that they feel disenfranchised and powerless within their own businesses.
